The NYSL Recreational program offers teams for age groups U6-U19. This program focuses on long-term player development by setting an excellent soccer foundation for those athletes that want develop their skills and move into the more competitive program, while simultaneously serving those athletes that choose to continue playing the sport they love at the recreational level.

NYSL provides families in the community with quality soccer experiences for all age groups. Primarily represented by Natomas Area residents, although accepting players from all over the Sacramento region. 

The players will develop fundamental soccer skills, as well as teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship. Every player who is registered to the program will be assigned to a team.

We offer two recreational playing seasons:

Fall (August - November) is our primary season.
Spring (March - May) as a secondary season.

U6 & U8 Age Groups
The U6 and U8 age groups are played in the Natomas area.

U10 & Older Age Groups
The U10 and above age groups will be played in Natomas and other areas throughout the Sacramento and Elk Grove area.  

U16 & U19 Age Groups
Due to the number of registrations, the U16 and U19 age group may be combined to ensure that all players will be given an opportunity to play. We will notify all parents in advance before this decision is made.
